Dallas Gigrich and his wife Randi began their oil tank removal business from their home. The business quickly grew and Dallas discovered that many of these decommissioned and abandoned tanks contained usable oil. While other companies charge to take away the unused oil to be resold, Tanks by Dallas removes it and donates it to needy families without charge.
Dallas has donated oil to over 250 families in need who have not yet switched to natural gas for heating. Governor Gary Locke wrote a letter commending the efforts of Dallas Gigrich commending his “selflessness and spirit of community."
